I already posted Mahomes +500 and Stafford +3500 to win MVP on my Instagram months ago. I'm adding Allen and Herbert to the mix. Allen was wildly mispriced on one of my books at +1800. He's around +1200 at most places. I expect the Bills to take the AFC East (-150) with relative ease, and I already hit Bills o10.5 wins (-130). Division-winning quarterbacks with prolific stats on double digit win teams are always going to be in the MVP mix. Last year was Allen's breakout, and I expect much of the same with offense coordinator Brian Daboll remaining in town. As a team, I'm very high on the Chargers as well, especially after they ditched Lynn and added Staley as head coach. I love Staley to win Coach of the Year (+1300). I think with improved health, better coaching, and an excellent draft haul, the Chargers will develop into a real dark horse threat in the AFC. Herbert was terrific last season, and 20-1 odds are a bit disrespectful in my opinion. If Jackson and Mahomes could put together MVP-winning seasons in their sophomore campaigns, so can the former Oregon standout. If the Herbert-led Chargers can get through the first six weeks of the season without collapsing, it should be smooth sailing after the Week 7 bye. Herbert will finish the season strong as the schedule gets significantly easier. If the Chargers can get into double digit win territory, Herbert will be in the MVP mix.
Best Bets: Josh Allen +1800 (Tico Sports), Justin Herbert +2000 (DraftKings)
